Return & Exchange Policy

At AlphaEmart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We encourage all customers to inspect their package carefully upon delivery and verify that all items listed on the invoice have been received.

If you receive a product that is missing, damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us immediately and return the package to the delivery agent at the time of delivery whenever possible.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Products may be exchanged for a different size or model within 7 to 10 working days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Used products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Once an exchange request is approved, AlphaEmart will process the replacement within 7 to 10 working days.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact our customer support team within the applicable return period. Depending on the product category and condition, you may be eligible for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not qualify for return or exchange if:

  • The item has been used, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery.
  • The return request is made after the applicable return period has expired.
  • The customer no longer requires the product despite it being delivered correctly and in good condition.

Warranty Support

For product-related issues that arise after use or after the return window has expired, customers may be referred to the manufacturer's authorized warranty service center, where applicable.

Required Documentation

To process any return, exchange, or refund request, customers must retain and provide valid supporting documentation, including:

  • Unboxing video
  • Delivery invoice
  • Product photographs (if applicable)
  • Any other evidence requested by AlphaEmart

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in the rejection of the claim.


Refund Policy

In the event that an order is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, the paid amount will be eligible for refund according to the terms outlined below.

Refund Process

Customers requesting a refund must contact AlphaEmart support and provide:

  • Order details
  • Reason for refund
  • Preferred refund method
  • Relevant payment information (such as bKash number or bank account details, where applicable)

If an order is cancelled, the customer will receive a refund of the original amount paid. Any promotional benefits, cashback, discounts, reward points, or special offers associated with the cancelled order will become void.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the policies and processing times of the payment service provider or banking institution.

Refund Method

Refunds are typically issued through the same payment channel used for the original transaction. For example:

  • Payments made via bKash will normally be refunded to bKash.
  • Payments made through bank transfer or card payment will generally be refunded through the same channel.

However, AlphaEmart reserves the right to use an alternative refund method when necessary to expedite the process or improve customer convenience.

Additional Charges

AlphaEmart is not obligated to provide any additional compensation, cashback, bonus, service fees, transaction costs, or other benefits beyond the original amount paid by the customer.


Order Cancellation Policy

AlphaEmart reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch at its sole discretion.

Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock shortages
  • Pricing errors
  • Incorrect product information or descriptions
  • Technical or system errors
  • Expired, damaged, defective, or unavailable products
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Any circumstance that prevents successful order fulfillment

If an order is cancelled by AlphaEmart, the customer will be notified and any eligible payment received will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy outlined above.
